Returns

At LUXHAIRNYC INC., we offer premium Slavic and Russian hair extensions. Due to the hygienic and professional-use nature of our products, all hair extensions are considered final sale once opened or used.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened
  • Original packaging, security seals, and ties must be intact
  • Item must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once a return or refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 days
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
  • Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account (bank processing times vary)

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used hair extensions
  • Installed or altered hair
  • Custom-colored hair
  • Custom K-tip orders
  • Special orders
  • Sale or clearance items

Due to hygiene standards, once hair is opened, it cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email luxhairnyc@outlook.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if replacement unavailable)

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 1% restocking fee may apply
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days only for unopened and unused items.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, processing may begin and cancellation is not guaranteed.

Important Hygiene Notice

Hair extensions are a hygiene-sensitive product. Once shipped, hair may be exposed to environmental factors and cannot be resold if opened.

Hair extensions are also intended for professional installation, which permanently alters the product.
