- Custom-colored and custom K-tip orders require 3β5 business days

- Flat Rate Shipping: $70 per order
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of 10 bundles or more
- Shipping is available nationwide
Estimated Delivery Time
- New York: 1β2 business days
- East Coast: 2β4 business days
- USA Nationwide: 3β7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1β2 business days (additional cost)

Local Delivery (NYC Area)
- Available within 15 miles of our Brooklyn showroom
- Flat rate: $50
- Delivered via private courier (car service or Uber)

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
